The primary purpose of "THE PEARL IN YOU!" OUTREACH, is to help youth and adults find the PEARL in themselves - that one-of-a-kind special gift that is unique to each of us. The philosophy is to use the "I NEED YOU, YOU NEED ME TO SURVIVE, WE ARE IMPORTANT TO EACH OTHER" method.

Our VISION:
To educate, inspire, and strengthen self-worth of individuals in need. To build bridges that will connect rich resources in our city with youth and adults. To develop Self-sufficiency along with strong family values for a better and closer-knit community.

On May the 9^th 2008 “THE PEARL IN YOU!” OUTREACH fellowshiped, with our sisters at the KENTUCKY CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION FOR WOMEN. We set a goal to bring 50 BIBLE’S to give to our sister’s in need of a BIBLE, and thanks to you that gave we past our goal. The total WOMEN STUDY BIBLE'S that was donated was 52.

ACT’S 27:20

“NOW WHEN NEITHER SUN NOR STAR APPEARED FOR MANY DAYS, AND NO SMALL TEMPEST BEAT ON US, ALL HOPE THAT WE WOULD BE SAVED WAS FINALLY GIVEN UP.”

Sometimes as a believer we find ourselves looking at our bills, relationships, and all our trials, we act as if all is lost. The sad part is we know the LORDS promise to us, and can hear momma in our heads saying SOMEHOW SOMEWAY THE LORD WILL MAKE AWAY! But what about the unbeliever, what do they have to stand on? Paul shows us what we must do as servants of the LORD in ACT’S 27:25

“THEREFORE TAKE HEART, MEN, FOR I BELIEVE GOD THAT IT WILL BE JUST AS IT WAS TOLD ME”

In the 23 verse the ANGEL told Paul, GOD is with you hold on and all that is with you will make it. Paul’s FAITH kicks in and he starts to encourage the unbelievers to trust GOD. The sister that received your BIBLE will find out in 27:44 sometimes you will swim; sometimes you will float on boards that made your ship, BUT IF SHE GIVE’S HER LIFE TO THE LORD, AND TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL HER HEART. SHE WILL ALWAYS MAKE IT TO THE SHORE SAFELY.

Next year's GOAL is 75 WOMEN STUDY BIBLE'S! You can start sending them in now, to P.O. BOX 2061 Louisville, KENTUCKY (KY.) 40201-2061. I pray that the LORD will place it on your heart to send your dedicated WOMENS STUDY BIBLE. The BIBLE can be hard back or soft, and leather is ok as well, but there can not be any zippers or anything sharp on them. “NO ZIPPER at all”. Inside the BIBLE, next to presented page if there is room are anywhere in the front of the BIBLE, we are asking that you will write an encouraging message, so ever time our sisters picks up the BIBLE she will feel LOVE, and encouragement. Where it says presented to leave it blank, on the line by put your name or the name of someone you want to dedicate the BIBLE from. On date line put the day you send it or let the chaplain fill it in. ALL BIBLES NEED TO BE IN BY 04-30-2009 let’s tell our sister’s that there lives count and we need them.
